Terms of Service: These terms govern your use of Tealbrick Portal, the Mini App licences you obtain through it and the other Tealbrick software we make available. Effective date: 15 October 2026. We sell to businesses and to consumers; sections that apply only to one group say so.
Privacy Policy: This policy explains which personal data Polygonface processes as controller to run Tealbrick Portal, sell licences and operate tealbrick.com, why, where it is stored, who receives it and what rights you have under the GDPR. It also explains which data we process only on behalf of our business customers. It applies to business and consumer customers. Effective date: 15 October 2026.
Data Processing Addendum: This addendum sets out the terms under Article 28 of the GDPR for the personal data that Tealbrick Portal processes on behalf of a business customer. It forms part of the Terms of Service for business customers without a separate signature. Consumers are covered by the Privacy Policy. Effective date: 15 October 2026.
Subprocessors: This page lists the providers that process personal data for Tealbrick Portal, and the services you connect yourself. It is the only subprocessor list and forms part of the Data Processing Addendum for business customers. Effective date: 15 October 2026.
Field Deployment Partner Terms: The terms for implementation partners who deploy Tealbrick for their clients. They apply together with a signed order form for each engagement. Version 1.1, effective 15 October 2026. Partners are always business customers.
Acceptable Use Policy: This policy sets the rules for using Tealbrick Portal, the Tealbrick software and the mini apps, and explains how to report abuse and how we act on reports. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Effective date: 15 October 2026.
Tealbrick Software Licence: The licence for the Tealbrick bridge, the tealbrick command-line tool, the installer and the Tealbrick SDK packages. A copy ships with the software. Version 1.1, effective 15 October 2026.
Brand Use and Contribution Policy: How you may use the Tealbrick name, logo and look and feel, and how contributions to our public repositories are licensed. Effective date: 15 October 2026.
